A global paramilitary organization led by Commander Red seeking the Dragon Balls for world domination. Dr. Gero's android program produced the most dangerous creations from this army. Revived in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero under Magenta's leadership, creating Gamma 1, Gamma 2, and Cell Max.
