An interstellar law enforcement agency policing the Milky Way galaxy. Jaco is their Earth liaison, while Merus was secretly an angel-in-training. Imprisoned Moro for millions of years before his escape. Recruited Goku and Vegeta as temporary deputized officers to combat the Moro threat.
